Post Christmas and New Year we all need something to look forward to and it’s the perfect time of the year to develop some new creative skills.

Birds on a Wire

Fine and flexible wire is a lovely material to work with, allowing you to create characterful outcomes without causing damage to your hands; it’s like drawing in the air.

Join me at The Slipper Studio on one of two dates and learn how to create a range of small beautiful hangings and sculptures. Perhaps your pieces might be Valentine flavoured?

Saturday 8th or 29th February, 10 – 4pm, £65, including: materials, use of equipment and refreshments; just bring lunch.

 

 

Lino Cutting for Beginners & Rusty Printmakers

Working from an image of your choice, this one day workshop will introduce you to one colour lino cutting and printing. This is the perfect introduction for first time printmakers and a great reminder for those folks who haven’t picked up a lino cutter in a while.

Saturday 15th February, 10 – 4pm, £65, including: materials, use of and refreshments; just bring lunch.
