Studio Cat

If you are a regular visitor to any of my social media accounts you may well have come across one or two posts about lovely Bert, the Studio Cat.

Bert moved in in the Autumn of 2018 and has since become an integral part of life at The Slipper Studio. He enjoys time out and about but returns back to base throughout the day, usually for a bite to eat, a rub down on wet days or for a snatched hour in front of the wood burner. He is a sociable cat and enjoys seeing who visits the studio and can’t resist a bit of showing off.

Bert is now my muse too and there are a growing number of pen and ink drawings, woodcuts and collographs showing him in various sleeping and seated poses.
