Birds on a Wire – create tiny wire sculptures

Fine and flexible wire is a lovely material to work with, enabling you to create characterful objects, with a drawn-like quality to them. Come along to The Slipper Studio and learn how to create a range of small and decorative pieces of sculpture, which will take pride of place in your home and be admired by many. We will aim to create 3 beautiful outcomes, exploring joining techniques, wrapping, shaping and sculpting wire. Who wouldn’t want to make little birds on swings or in a cage? This workshop will suit folks with experience of a range of creative processes and techniques.

Friday 1st November, 10 – 4pm, with just 5 places, £89 per person, including: tuition, materials and use of equipment; just bring your lunch.
