Experimental Printmaking inspired by Mid Century Design
Taking our inspiration from Mid Century Design and contemporary printmakers such as Jane Ormes and Jenny Douglas, we will explore pattern through mark making, drawing and collage. Composition will be developed by creating experimental print blocks and stamps, before we refine our ideas and experiences to develop a series of lino cuts. Alongside a fabulous range of lino cut prints, you’ll also have your lino block, print blocks and stamps to take home and continue using.
Thursday 12th June, 10 – 4pm, just 4 places, £95 per person, including: tuition, use of equipment, materials, plus refreshments served throughout the day; just bring your lunch.
