Workshops at The Slipper Studio, Friday 23rd September 2022 – additional date

A day of Drawing with Line & Wire

“I sometimes think that there is nothing so delightful as drawing”, Van Gogh.
If you agree with Van Gogh and an experienced artist, or count yourself as an absolute beginner, it’s a worthwhile practice to spend time exploring your drawing skills. Starting with the principle that everyone can draw, you will focus on learning to look, plan your ideas and create a series of drawings. Working on different types of paper and using a range of materials, you will draw natural forms with a particular focus on their linear and pattern qualities. There will also be the opportunity to develop ‘drawings’ using fine flexible wire.

This creative workshop is suitable for folks who count themselves as a beginner or those who haven’t drawn for a while and may feel the need to brush up on the basics.

Friday 23rd September, 10 – 4pm, just 3 places to allow for social distancing, £79 per person, including: tuition, use of equipment, materials, plus refreshments served throughout the day; just bring your lunch.
Just 1 place remaining
